Long Latex Resistance Bands

These 41” loop resistance bands are a must in any well rounded home sculpting arsenal! Made from durable natural rubber latex, loop bands create constant tension throughout the entire rep range of motion to maximally recruit muscle fibers. Paired with a Homebody Sculpt door anchor, you can perform any cable machine exercise in the comfort of your own home.

Don’t underestimate this small but mighty piece of equipment! My favorite for shoulder sculpting to deeply isolate the delts without activating the traps, which is an issue that many women struggle with.

My favorite uses: upper body activation work, shoulder raise variations (lateral, front, diamond) and single arm overhead presses. Combined with signature Homebody pulses and unilateral work, you will feel the burn exactly where you seek it!

 

Foam Door Anchor

Recreate any cable machine exercise right at home! With this versatile piece of equipment you can anchor a resistance band at any height to perform a variety of exercises. 

The round “anchor” end is made of dense yet soft foam that protects your door from dents or scratching, while allowing you to secure your resistance band at any point.

Neoprene padding inside the loop end helps to preserve your band during use, while durable nylon and heavy duty stitching creates additional stability.  Loop end is compatible not only with Homebody Sculpt loop bands, but also wider handle bands you may already own.

My favorite uses: back focused exercises such as lat pull downs and face pulls; glute building exercises such as kickbacks and banded pull throughs.

Important safety information: Always anchor your door anchor on the HINGE side of the door. Make sure your door is securely closed and locked when in use. Always check and replace the door anchor or your resistance band at the first sign of wear.
